For Fortnite Season 3 of Chapter 2 I was a part of the environment team that worked on the Fortilla location. The season being more water based, the Fortilla was one of the new locations surrounded by water and made up of a mix of small islands with huge structures floating entirely on man made floating barrel floors. The whole base is made up of scrap metal pieces that were pieced together and painted with bright colored paint and colorful party lights.

This whole POI was a huge team effort and it was particularly special in that it was our first location developed entirely by the Montreal art team and a great overall experience. The main areas I worked on in this set was the floating barrel floor kit with metal top and bright colorful decals, the exterior and interior metal and wood floor kits, the interior metal beam ceilings, the balcony pieces with the color swatches and finally the strings lights hanging around. Some minor set dressing as well. All screenshots in this projects were done by myself and some additional set dressing took place.
